What an amazing experience! Admittedly, we were super lucky - beautiful snow coverage, not too cold, with beautiful, clear weather. It felt truly unique and a little bit magical to meet these reindeer up close and personal. They are super friendly so you can get very, very close and the guides are really knowledgeable and fun. I would highly recommend it. Be sure to book in advance to guarantee a spot.
Had such a fun time! The walk wasn’t too hard or far from the meeting point. Beautiful scenic view. The reindeers were so friendly and calm. The staff were lovely with loads of knowledge and facts about the animals. We even got to feed them at the end which was amazing. Highly recommend and a must do experience if you’re in the area!
Simply amazing. The hike wasn’t that long or hard, and the scenery was stunning. We got to be up close and personal with a ton of reindeer. My whole group enjoyed feeding them and taking a TON of pictures. Kate and Lottie were informative and answered all of the questions we had about the reindeer. I definitely recommend booking a hill tour hike in advance for your group. It’s an absolute must for a trip through the Cairngorms!
