Andrew

Supposedly to be a Chinese fusion buffet covered by my tour company package at Ranua Zoo and was expecting something hot and edible. The food disappoint big time sorry to say. There was no sign indicating what dishes was on serving and imagine half of the food was cold like the fried rice pasta etc.. Wil Not Recommend this restaurant for any one visiting the Ranua Zoo.

We were served by the sunniest girl. Friendly Inka exuded warmth, and hospitality, brightening our buffet lunch experience. Inka you are a huge asset to this restaurant.

Had the buffet here. Looks and smells like Ikea but it ends there. Good for hungry folk.

We got the smoked reindeer burger and the chicken basket. Was not expecting zoo food to be as good as it was. The burgers were huge, made fresh and the buns were toasted so none of it was soggy. The layers were very well defined and delicious. Juicy, savory with great texture and just a little sweet. The reindeer meat is quite heavy and greasy so the tomatoes and lettuce were very welcome. We got some fries too and they were crisp and well seasoned. Wasn't expecting food at the zoo to be good but this was really tasty. Cosy ambience, quiet and relaxing. Would definitely recommend the food.

Self service restaurant. Not so cozy but close to the zoo so practical. The food was typical Finnish but not well cooked. We did not liked it too much.
