Great experience! We did the Miraflores to Historic Downtown (Lima) tour and is the best way to see key landmarks and stay safe in the city. Our tour guide Jocelyn did the tour in English for us; she was fun, kind, very patient and had lots of good info (even me as a Peruvian learned new things!). She showed us both the fancier tourist spots and the everyday side streets. Booking the experience through Whatsapp was easy and staff were very helpful. Bus is breezy on a hot summer day so extra points for that! Definitely recommend!

We also had time for a local Churros and a visit to taste and buy Chocolate in the square 🥰 The pisco tasting on the bus back was something else. Highly recommend the City tour to pass half a day in Lima.

Our tour guide was Jospeh. There were only 7 people in our group for an 11am Thursday tour. As the only English speaking person he made sure he explained the items as well, they just weren’t as thorough in the descriptions as they were in Spanish but that’s understandable. We had a little extra time and he got us into a free Pisco tasting and that was a nice bonus! The time was well organized and spent and the pricing on par with this experience. Also, pick up and drop off are near the artisan markets so plan your shopping time for before or after. I would recommend!

Overall, the tour was good. The one thing that could be done better would be to include a head count. During the tour, we were given the opportunity to partake in a Pisco Sour tasting, afterwards we were informed we could purchase a bottle of desired. While paying, the team left and I was only able to locate the group due to recognising one of the hats being worn by someone on the tour before they turned a corner. Some time to look at the stores would have also been appreciated. The guide was knowable about Lima, so that was good. And the tour bus was clean and comfortable.

Perfect way to start your stay in Lima after a long flight ! You get to cover a lot in this visit, and the bus helps you avoid walking too much etc. The guide was nice and made sure to speak slowly and articulate well so we could follow his explanations in Spanish
