Alex was a fantastic guide. He took us through downtown Lima and we learned much about the history of the city. Our guide was funny and knowledgeable. There was even some pisco tasting at the end of the tour! Highly recommend

I was very lucky to have Alex as my guide! He was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond showing and explaining everything for me in English (he also let me practice my Spanish abit which was great and much appreciated!). He told the history of Lima so well and I learnt so much. I would love to do other tours with him in the future, perhaps food tours or something. Highly recommended. Muchas gracias Alex :)

I recently joined a free walking tour in Barranco with our guide, Alex, and had a great time. His dry sense of humor made the tour really enjoyable. Alex shared interesting stories behind the murals and street art in the area, which we definitely wouldn’t have known without him. The tour was informative, well-paced, and a fun way to explore Barranco. Highly recommend it!

We had the most wonderful experience with Lima by Walking The tours were amazing - we did one in Lima (historical centre) and one in Barranco - both of which were very informative As someone coming to Peru for the first time, this makes for a good start to the journey Thank you Jose and Julio for all the great tips 😃

We did the morning tour of the historic center with Alex, and we thought the two hours passed so quickly! Alex was full of information, history, fun facts, and was very adaptable to the interests of our group. The pisco tasting was a nice and generous surprise. We enjoyed the morning so much that after meeting him by accident at lunch at one of his recommended places (Pacifico, which was a great recommendation!!), we joined him again for the afternoon tour of Barranco. This was also very informative and a great way to see another area of Lima. Alex was so helpful with transport from the meeting spot to the tour starting location, and was also really flexible when we were late because of traffic. We highly suggest these tours and particularly hope you have the tour with Alex! Please tip him well at the end!! Gracias, Alex!
