An unforgettable experience!! The captain and crew were truly outstanding. Professional, warm, and attentive in a way that made the entire day feel effortless. The service was top-notch from start to finish, and the scenery was breathtaking. We snorkeled with turtles, relaxed on board, and soaked in every moment. Our only regret was booking a half-day instead of a full day!! We would do this again in a heartbeat.
After getting married on the beach in St. Thomas, we wanted to celebrate our reception with family on the water. So we greatly enjoyed our 4 hour private sail and snorkel experience with Seas the Day. It was very easy to book the charter and we had no problems finding the office once on the island. Our captain JW and first mate Megan were wonderful. Very knowledgeable about the islands, the coves and great places to stop and snorkel. The catamaran was fully stocked with water toys and snorkel gear, so need to bring your own. The rum punch was yummy, too! We brought our own snacks since food isn't provided, but the grocery store was conveniently located across the street from the office. Super easy to book, super easy to board, and would highly recommend Seas the Day for your next charter.
This half-day private boat trip from Red Hook to St. John was an absolute highlight of our vacation. We had 9 people spanning three generations, and it was truly something everyone enjoyed—from start to finish. Captain JW and first mate Lindsey were fantastic: warm, helpful, and attentive, making sure everyone felt comfortable and included the entire time. We especially enjoyed the rum punch. Lindsey was great during the snorkeling time pointing out stingrays and octopus dens we would have missed. We loved being able to personalize our itinerary with the perfect mix of relaxed sailing, great snorkeling spots, and a special stop to watch the sunset that was simply unforgettable. The crew’s flexibility and easygoing approach made the experience feel effortless and fun. It was the ideal way to explore the water together as a family, and we couldn’t recommend this trip—or this crew—more highly.
