Great experience overall! I wasn't able to book via the website at first, so they made a reservation via email. The dress-fitting, make-up, photoshoot... Everything went well and the final photos received within the promised time! Although we don't speak much Japanese, they do try their best to communicate with us. They did a good job and highly recommended!
They were very attentive and the finished photos were perfect. Not only was the photographer skilled, but his instructions on lighting and posing were spot on, and I was impressed that they took promotional photos that were even more beautiful than I could have imagined. This was my second time using their studio, and I would definitely use them again!
It rained on the day of our wedding, but you were considerate throughout and took lots of great photos. You captured natural, casual scenes of not only the bride and groom, but also our children and family, and it has become a wonderful memory. Thank you very much.
They took some really cute pet photos. The photographer was very kind, and both the dogs and their owners were able to relax during the photo shoot! They took lots of great photos, and we received the data quickly, which was great!! I'd definitely use their services again! ^^
Here's my full review as a western customer for the 1 Kimono Plan: Payment: Straightforward. You will have to do a bank transfer. However, when sending money to their Japanese bank, there will be a fee. Mine took away 6500¥ out of the 30000¥ deposit. But i managed to talk to Studio Zero to make the remainer of the payment. Preparation: On the original email, i was asked to arrive 8am, sharp. However, as the days grew closer (and hotter), i was asked to arrive at 7am instead. It was not a bother for us to start earlier as intended and not as much in the blazing heat. I was assisted by Nagao who did my makeup and hair beautifully. She spoke a bit of english and asked what hairstyle and eye makeup colour i wanted. I also got to pick what flowers i wanted in my hair. When putting on the kimono, Nagao was very efficient and fast in dressing myself and also my husband. Shoot: We were taxied on location with the makeup artist and the photographer. We choose the Osaka Catle location. Beware that there is quite a bit to walk up and many tourists. The photographer was very courteous and professional. He directed how to pose and how to place ourselves. Pictures: Studio Zero will give you instructions on how to download them. Overall, it was an amazing experience and I do recommend this!!
