Check-in takes place at the office or pavilion, where staff confirm arrival and issue an armband for bus access. This allows guests to comfortably ride to their starting point while receiving clear guidance about the day’s journey.
Before boarding, guests are asked to complete any remaining waivers, or they may fill them out on-site if needed. A properly fitting life jacket is provided, followed by a short safety video. Once these steps are complete, guests board the bus and begin their river adventure feeling prepared, confident, and well-supported from start to finish.
