Upon arrival, you may unload your gear conveniently near the office, after which we ask that you move your car to the larger parking lot located past the campground. For your safety and convenience, please avoid bringing any items on the river that you would not want to lose. Our staff can securely hold your keys at the office, as locksmith services are not easily available nearby. This ensures that you can enjoy your day without concern for your belongings.

Check-in takes place at the office or pavilion, so we know you have arrived safely. At check-in, you will receive a detailed map, which you will need to arrange your driver later. Our team will explain the trip, provide essential information, and answer any questions you may have. If you have not already completed your waivers, they are available on site. Once that is done, you can select a life jacket, watch the safety video, and board the bus to begin your adventure. We look forward to providing a safe and memorable river experience for everyone.
