Guests are offered a special discounted rate for participating in the river trip at a specific scheduled shuttle time. This reduced price is strictly valid only for the designated time slot and cannot be applied at any other departure.

Upon arrival, guests are asked not to park toward the far back of the property, as vehicles will be relocated to a nearby public boat landing located a short distance from the Outfitters. This helps maintain an organized flow for all arriving visitors.

Check-in is completed at the office well in advance of departure, allowing ample time for preparation. Each group is assigned a shuttle vehicle to follow in their own car to the river launch point. Guests load their belongings into the shuttle, which transports them to the start of the float trip while they enjoy a relaxed, stress-free experience.

A deposit is required to secure the reservation, ensuring guests check in properly and notify staff upon trip completion. For safety, guests must bring a secure method for storing keys, as office storage is not available. Staff remain available throughout to provide guidance and support, ensuring a smooth, safe, and enjoyable river adventure from start to finish.
