Tickets to Luray Caverns are conveniently available for pick-up at our office, making it easy to plan your visit. For the best experience, it is recommended to enjoy your river trip first. If you are visiting the area for several days, tickets can be collected at any time during your stay. Upon arrival, guests may unload their coolers near the office before moving their vehicles to the larger parking area beyond the campground. For safety and convenience, personal items that could be lost on the river should be left behind or securely stored with our staff. Checking in at the office or tube pavilion is required, ensuring we know you are ready to embark on your adventure.

After check-in, you will receive an armband, granting access to the shuttle bus that transports guests to the river. Staff will provide an overview of the trip, share important information, and answer any questions. Guests will be equipped with a life jacket, watch a safety video, and then board the bus for a fun and memorable river experience. Every step is designed to make your day safe, seamless, and enjoyable while allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the beauty of the river and surrounding nature.
