River Adventure Check-In and Luray Caverns Ticket Information

Tickets for Luray Caverns can only be collected at the office, so guests are encouraged to plan their river trip first for the best overall experience. Visitors staying multiple days in the area may collect their tickets at any convenient time during their stay.

Upon arrival at the office, guests are asked to avoid parking at the far back of the property, as vehicles will be relocated to a nearby public boat landing a short distance from the Outfitters. This helps maintain an organized flow and ensures smooth operations throughout the day.

Each group is assigned a shuttle vehicle, which guests follow in their own car to the river launch point. Personal belongings are loaded into the shuttle vehicle, which transports them to the start of the float trip, allowing guests to enjoy a relaxed and stress-free return journey back to their own vehicle.

A small deposit is required to ensure accountability and confirm that guests check out after completing their river excursion. Guests are also advised to bring a secure method for storing keys, as office storage is not available. Staff remain available throughout to provide guidance, answer questions, and ensure a smooth, well-organized, and enjoyable river experience surrounded by nature.
