Check-in takes place at either the office or pavilion, where guests are confirmed and provided with an armband for bus access. During this step, staff also share a brief overview of the trip, essential information, and answer any questions.
Before departure, guests are asked to complete any remaining waivers, if needed, and are provided with life jackets. A short safety video is also shown to ensure everyone is prepared. Once complete, guests board the bus and begin their adventure with confidence, ready for a safe and enjoyable river experience.
