We hired two e bikes with dog carrier. The bikes were very good and the gentleman at the hire station very helpful. Unfortunately our dog didn't enjoy the dog trolley so we had to cut our experience short. The hirer was very upstanding. We will definitely be going back again but without the dog.

Fantastic Experience we visited last Sunday we didn’t pre book and the young man there sorted out everything we needed. He was very thorough about getting us the right bikes . We hired 5 bikes and a trailer he recommended the best route for us having a child in the trailer and it was the perfect afternoon would definitely go again I didn’t catch his name but Thank You 10/10

When making a booking, I didn't realise that the email address I was using was focused on their Brockenhurst location, so the bikes were there when I was expecting them in Purbeck. Cyclexperience did everything possible to try and help. I would definitely use them again, though I would be careful to be explicit about where I wanted to have the bikes.

A friend and mine rented two E-mtbs for day to go exploring the area. Paul was fantastic and sent us on our way with everything we needed and we had a wonderful day. The bikes were great (we were grateful for the battery!!) and the scenery was stunning. The app was a must have to keep us on track. Couldn’t recommend more highly if you are in the area.

Great service, and very handy having a pump and puncture repair kit for us to take along. But only 4 stars as the bikes are getting a bit worn. Gears not terribly precise and one bike wouldn't shift into 1st.
