Your hire includes all the essentials for a smooth, safe, and enjoyable journey, from a helmet, gloves and high-visibility vest to a detailed route map and optional small rucksack. Before you begin, simply check in at the Activity Store where a member of staff will meet you. Riders must be at least 14 years old, accompanied by an adult, and have cycled within the last six months, as a basic level of fitness is required. Please bring comfortable clothing, a light raincoat, your mobile for photos and payment if you plan to stop at the remote pub along the way.
