Despite situation we saw on the musem of Auschwitz, IT was only one company who was able to clarify everything how IT works. Thanks to their effort we were able to visit the place!! Thank you for everything!

Disappointing - booked well in advance per their guidance yet was only given 14 or so hours notice that my tour wouldn’t go ahead. This meant that I wouldn’t be able to find a replacement, since as they know- that’s not enough time to lock in a tour. This process could be better - even one extra days notice would be reasonable.

Dear Cracow City Tours Team, I would like to share my feedback regarding the Auschwitz tour we booked, as the experience fell far short of expectations. Our tour timing was changed at the last moment from 6:15 AM to 4:15 AM. While we understood that Auschwitz tour schedules are determined by the museum, we adjusted accordingly and arrived at the meeting point at 4:00 AM. Unfortunately, the tour representative only arrived around 4:20 AM. Upon reaching Auschwitz at approximately 5:40 AM, we were informed that the ticket office opens at 7:30 AM. We were required to wait in a long queue for two hours in mild rain without any shelter or umbrellas. The situation worsened when the representative mentioned that, since it was a weekend, tickets were limited. He advised us to purchase tickets with any available language guide and then attempt to join an English tour inside the museum. He purchased Polish-language guide tickets for our group for 11:30 AM. However, once inside, all English guides declined to accommodate us, stating that they are private guides. contrary to the representative’s assurances. Also we booked 20 days before hence agency should have accomodated this and booked tickets before hand. As a result, we were unable to join any guided English tour and had to navigate the museum on our own. When we later attempted to visit Birkenau, entry was denied because we were not accompanied by a Polish guide—a restriction we were not informed about beforehand. Overall, despite the politeness and efforts of the representative, the tour was a major disappointment. We spent most of the day waiting and trying to find a guide in vain, which made it impossible for us to meaningfully experience or learn about Auschwitz and Birkenau. I hope this feedback can help improve coordination between your agency and the museum, as well as communication regarding language-specific tours and ticket requirements.

Meeting time changed from 6am to 4am meant no sleep after landing at 1am from UK but when we arrived at 5am queue was already building so made sense. Driver Simon had everything under control and sorted our tickets for 930 am tour. Guide was brilliant. Very emotional but there’s no other way . Lots of iconic moments like the gate into Auschwitz and the railway inside Birkenau. Would definitely recommend

If I could give them zero stars I would. I had a Auschwitz tour booked directly through them in advance. I arrived at 7:15 am for a 7:30 am departure and just sat on the street waiting with nobody there. They moved the time to 6:00 am but didn’t notify me. I waited for 2 hours to try and get on another tour and they literally did nothing. I couldn’t do anything the next day and there were no other options. I will get a refund but this company doesn’t care about its clients. It was we are very sorry, here is a refund. However, this is terrible customer service. I get mistakes happen but how they managed it was terrible. I would avoid using this company at all costs.
