Customer Reviews
I thoroughly enjoyed the tour, from being picked up from the initial meeting point to the knowledge and helpfulness of the tour guides, and their very friendly and approachable demeanor. The Auschwitz camp was a fantastic trip, very informative, and I really get informed about it. Our guide at the salt mine was also excellent. I learned all the history about Europe’s biggest salt mine. It was a wonderful experience for me, and I would definitely recommend it to everyone.
Slightly chaotic at the meeting point, but I don't know how it can be improved as it's on the street with other tour companies and excursions, maybe better signage on the each bus.be aware Tours to zakopane and Auschwitz in access of two hours without toilet break. Guided tours very informative and professional delivered.highly recommended.
Excellent tour from start to finish, I paid a bit more for picking up at my hotel, but it is worth it, considering we started early and saved we from navigating in the winter darkness while half asleep. Good pacing tour, manage to visit The Auschwitz-Birkenau muesuem and the salt mine within one day. It does involve a lot of walking( especially in the salt mine), but it did kill three birds with one stone.
