I walked in saying I had an unsophisticated palate, and by the time I left, I felt confident taking notes and evaluating wines, perhaps not expertly, but competently. This was thanks too my wonderfully friendly and helpful guide, who gave a presentation about wine characteristics and helped with simple ways to decide on qualities like tannins, etc. I got to try five different Greek wines (four native varietals) and then create my own custom blend. I had plenty of time and as many attempts as I wanted to do so. I walked out with a unique bottle of wine, complete with my own customized label!

I had an amazing time at my wine making class. The presentation was well put together. I loved the interaction and hands on parts of the class. The only thing I wished was available was to ship the wine outside of Europe. Overall I enjoyed the class and hope to do it again my next time in Greece!

We did a wine tasting and food pairing experience here, and it was both interesting and insightful. A great experience for both newbies and wine lovers looking to learn more about Greek wines. We booked this experience through Airbnb.

We visited Athens at the end of January and we decided to visit and take part in some wine tasting whilst we were in the city. Athens Wine Tasting was highly recommended when searching online for popular things to do in the city, so based on that, we booked a session. Considering it was out of season and the middle of a Greek winter, when we arrived we had the entire place to ourselves. We found out we were waiting for another two people, a lovely pair of American ladies who were attending that session also. They did arrive late but once they had settled in the wine tasting started. The whole session lasted about two hours and each of the local wines was presented beautifully and informatively. We sampled 5 wines altogether. 3 white and 2 red and each was accompanied by a local cheese that complimented it. The host was a lovely woman, who in addition to the information about each of the wines, she also gave quite a good history lesson. I learnt from this trip to Athens that Athenians are very proud of their myths, legends and history which is all around you. I would highly recommend a visit here if you are looking to try some local Greek wines whilst in Athens.

We had a great and very informative evening learning about the wines from the different Greek regions. Easy to follow for all taking part, small groups in a comfortable air conditioned room . Our teacher was lovely, relaxed and spoke great English we were provided with crib sheets to take your notes, we tasted 3 whites and 2 reds, all matched with a delicious local cheese. I would highly recommend this 1.5 hour experience if you like wine, are curious and want to walk away with knowledge when choosing your next bottle at the Greek restaurant . Thanks for a great evening👍
