I walked in saying I had an unsophisticated palate, and by the time I left, I felt confident taking notes and evaluating wines, perhaps not expertly, but competently. This was thanks too my wonderfully friendly and helpful guide, who gave a presentation about wine characteristics and helped with simple ways to decide on qualities like tannins, etc. I got to try five different Greek wines (four native varietals) and then create my own custom blend. I had plenty of time and as many attempts as I wanted to do so. I walked out with a unique bottle of wine, complete with my own customized label!

I had an amazing time at my wine making class. The presentation was well put together. I loved the interaction and hands on parts of the class. The only thing I wished was available was to ship the wine outside of Europe. Overall I enjoyed the class and hope to do it again my next time in Greece!
