I loved the calm beauty of the upper lakes and the scenery as the boat gently floated along. The information the guide gave us was explanatory on the basic factors that caused the lakes to form. The serene and awe inspiring sights of the lower lakes and the falls was negated by an influx of multiple busses full of tourist who were not very respectful of others.

The lakes are absolutely stunning! The bus transport was very comfortable. The tour was well organized - a good combination of “together” time and independent time (if one desired independent time). Sanja was not only diligent and informative but also delightfully charismatic.

Our guide Ivana gave lots of great information about bouth the park and Croatia as well as providing several dinner recommendations.
