We had a fantastic stay at Club Med Cancun in December! The restaurants and food were excellent, with plenty of variety and consistently great quality. We especially loved the pickleball courts, lessons,and the wide range of activities through the resort - paddleboarding, snorkeling included. The staff of course make the experience, everyone was guest centered, friendly and genuinely helpful. The Chief of Village, Jose Luis has a great team and it shows throughout the resort - starting at reception, through to leisure, the spa, the boutique and evening shows. Special thank you's go to Meaghan (always there to help, always smiling!), Hector, Jazmin, Thais, Samantha and the entire Jade team. We would absolutely return - the Kids Club, their activities and staff looked like they provide a fantastic family experience.....so considering that for our next trip for the whole family!

I recently stayed at Club Med and overall, the experience was pleasant. The resort offers a relaxing environment and a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff truly made the stay memorable. The service was excellent—everyone we encountered was eager to go above and beyond to meet our needs. The food was good, though not exceptional. While meals were enjoyable, they did not quite reach the level of a truly standout culinary experience. Additionally, I noticed that some aspects of the resort felt slightly neglected. A few minor details were overlooked, which gave me the impression that the property could benefit from a bit more attention to upkeep. The picture is out outside shower that hits the ceiling more than us. Reported day 1 and never fixed. Despite these small shortcomings, the combination of outstanding service and a generally enjoyable stay makes Club Med a solid choice for a getaway. With a little more focus on the finer details and food quality, it could easily become an exceptional experience.

First trip to Club Med Cancun and...it was fabulous. This was our 5th club med location, and you can always tell a well run resort, with a great team! Jose Luis (CDV) leads a great team! Food was delicious (definitely recommend the tomahawk steak & lobster! It's an event not just a fab dinner!! so worth it!) If you are into pickleball - great courts, daily events and lessons, all included ! (Jorge, Julio amazing!) Monica was helpful when some medical support was needed-and the whole team from reception-sales-service, all so kind! Boutique had everything we needed (really reasonable and fashionable finds for 45 night!) Accommodations updated, clean, spacious. Big shoutout to a few superstars - Meaghan, Hector, Jazmin, Jose Luise (Jade), Magali, Samantha and Thais - too many to mention - but we highly recommended this location, atmosphere is friendly, personal, guest centered - and look forward to going back...adding a spa visit next time, we didn't get there, but it was highly recommended when talking with a few guests poolside! Just ran out of time!

We just returned from a five day stay at the Club Med Cancun resort, to celebrate a special family event, and everyone is talking about how wonderful a time we had. What made this trip special beyond just a "regular" vacation was the Club Med staff. Specifically, Meaghan Wilson, who's magic has a reach far beyond her physical presence :) In addition to her "can do" attitude, she offered creative suggestions to make our event even more special, added her special "touch", and coordinated with the rest of the Club Med team any and all details. She is simply amazing! I also can't say enough about the Jade bar team (Daniel, Jesus, and the rest) who seem to have perfect recall (they remember you name, what your favorite drinks are and are always present and ready to help) The rest was all good too: Location - The club was one of the first resorts in Cancun and claimed the most beautiful coastal section and is a short ride from the airport Atmosphere - you choose! During the day - you can be as active as you desire (water sports, pickleball, beach volleyball, fitness activities, etc) or as lazy as you want (pool, beach). At night, if you choose to party, well, it's a club Med! Food - Never ending options of tasty foods, around the clock. It was really a challenge to wake up at home and realize that no one will be making breakfast and coffee for us! Rooms - we had a total of 4 rooms. The rooms with views (2 ocean, 1 lagoon) were spectacular. The one room in the Jade section was spacious, but a bit worn out. Cleanliness of both the rooms and the public areas was exemplary. Staff - From check in to check out, everyone we interacted with was helpful, friendly, professional and relaxed.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Leadership, Vision & Experience! Meeting Meaghan (assistant GM), was one of the highlights of our stay. She was incredibly generous with her time and access, sharing fascinating stories about Club Med’s vision, brand evolution, and future direction. Her passion is contagious, and they are a true asset to the company and guest experience. She also introduced us to the Jade (exclusive club), which was an absolute standout—stellar service, restorative energy, and guests who completely matched our vibe. It’s a must-do once you’ve outgrown Aquamarina and the young-family phase. Sophisticated, calm, and memorable. This level of leadership is what keeps guests coming back.
