Definitely worth a visit, especially if you came to golf. Their stay-n-play package is great because Aileron golf course is tops! I've been to a lot of nice golf courses and this is definitely near the top. Just please call the pro shop and make sure there are no events or tournaments when you plan on going. I had booked mine out months in advance only to find out that they had a huge tournament going on during my stay. I was still able to get out but not until the late afternoon. Management did compensate me so that earns them a high rating. If you do come, definitely get an Uber or go across the bridge and get supper at Carmelo's Italian restaurant! The steakhouse on site is good but very expensive.

The service at the hotel’s restaurants was excellent, and the staff at the lobby and valet parking were friendly and helpful. However, the adults-only pool on the top floor closes at 6:00 PM, which feels unreasonable for an adult leisure hotel. Housekeeping was also very poor. Beds were badly made, sheets were not changed even when dirty, and basic items like bath soap were not replenished. Aside from these issues, the hotel is very beautiful, modern, and overall pleasant.

Horrible experience. Do not recommend. I would tell people to stay away. The New Year’s Eve party was an absolute waste of money and effort. The event was advertised as “sold out,” yet the crowd felt thin, as if a large number of ticket holders never showed up. For a so-called sold-out event, the atmosphere was flat and underwhelming from the start. There were roughly 20 outdoor heaters present, but most of them were not working. Guests stood around freezing while employees repeatedly said they were “trying to figure it out.” They had over four hours to address the issue, and nothing was resolved. This is basic event planning, especially for an outdoor winter event. The live band was unimpressive and lacked the energy you would expect for a New Year’s Eve celebration. Even worse, there was no proper countdown, no buildup, and no enthusiasm when midnight arrived. For an event centered around welcoming the new year, this was a major failure. At $40 per person, this felt like a complete waste of money. Expectations were reasonable, but execution fell far short. For a brand-new hotel, this reflects poor values, poor planning, and a lack of care for the guest experience. This event did not reflect the quality one would expect from a resort of this caliber.

We came to the resort after having to leave another Hilton hotel in Clearwater beach, with mold no ac and no one willing to help or care. That night before I had taken a flight from Maine with a 2 year old alone. So when we got to the resort we all were at the end of our rope. Immediately we pulled up and the valet greeted us warmly opening the door and helping with bags. I walked in to the lobby which was clean and beautiful. The front desk assured us we were going to be taken care of and they sure did. The manager Angela( sorry not sure name) even took the time to reach out on several occasions to make sure everything was going well. Our suite had two bedrooms full kitchen two sectional couches. Private entrance. If you have a small child this is the suite for you. It made everything so easy and took away my stress. I can’t say enough about the valet and everyone working there. Everyone had good energy and put the guest experience first. The pools were so clean, fresh towels and big umbrellas. But what makes this property is the staff and I hope they are being recognized and paid a living wage for how incredible they make this hotel. Love and solidarity.

Purchased a day pass at the lower pool. Totally worth it. It's a great pool area and was not crowded on a weekday. The bar staff was great and they had servers going around to take orders at your chairs in the pool area. The food was good, but make sure to protect it from the local birds... they're aggressive. Checked out the rooftop pool and bar, and there was a great view. Overall, would totally come back for the day and would like to check out the rooms at some point.
