We were here on a family vacation, 6 adults, 2 small children. The staff was friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean and well stocked. We did the buffet breakfast every morning and did restaurants 3 times and buffets the rest. Food in restaurants was very good and rhe food at the buffets was good, but a bit repetitive. Drink service was excellent. Only down side is the water is rocky on most of the beach. Pools were very good. Resort is spread out along a cove so be prepared to walk a bit or wait for a shuttle. One of the better all inclusive resorts that I’ve been too! The rooms are well kept and modern looking. All the restaurants have great food (Maxal is the best out of the 5 and our waiter Marco was amazing). The only thing is that you need to make reservations for every restaurant and they fill up fast so you should do it after you check in (not sure if there is a way to reserve ahead of time). There is also an onsite car rental and excursion shop that you can use to book activities outside of the resort. The location of the resort is right in the middle of all the popular cenotes and Xel Ha so everything is within 15 minutes! If you Have kids rooms in Casa 5 or 6 is where all the kid activities are located or else Casa 1 or 2 are a short walk to the main building where all the restaurants and lounges are located. There is a shuttle service to take you to and from buildings but you typically have to wait 5-10 minutes. If you come during a holiday, they have special events and food menu (NYE they had lobster at the buffet)!

We recently spent 5 wonderful days on a family vacation at this resort, and overall, it was an excellent experience that I would highly recommend to other families. The hotel itself was outstanding – clean, spacious, and well-maintained with beautiful facilities that kept everyone in our group happy, from the kids to the adults. The rooms were comfortable, and the on-site amenities (pool, restaurants, and kids' activities) were perfect for a relaxing yet fun family trip. What really stood out was the staff. They were incredibly nice, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. From the front desk to the housekeeping and restaurant teams, everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome and ensure we had everything we needed. Their warm service truly elevated the entire vacation. The only minor issue we encountered was a shortage of beach loungers (couches). On a couple of busier days, it was a bit challenging to find available spots by the beach, which was a small frustration after such a perfect setup otherwise. Despite that one small drawback, our overall experience was excellent. We left feeling refreshed and already talking about returning. Great value for a memorable family holiday!

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya - All-Inclusive as a family with two young kids, and overall it was a very relaxing and fun experience. The resort is beautifully laid out, surrounded by mangroves and the coastline, with multiple pools, great dining options, and plenty of activities for both kids and adults. Even though the property is large, the shuttle system made it easy to get around, especially with kids. The food was consistently good with lots of variety. We enjoyed the buffets for breakfast and lunch, and the à la carte restaurants for dinner - especially the Asian and Mediterranean options. The kids loved the churros and ice cream, which were a big hit every afternoon. What really stood out for us was the entertainment team. A huge thank you to Eliana, Max, and Jesus - they were absolutely awesome. They made us feel genuinely welcome from day one, were amazing with the kids, and brought so much energy and fun to the activities and shows. Their enthusiasm, warmth, and friendliness truly elevated our stay and made the experience memorable for our whole family. The staff across the resort were friendly and attentive, the rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the all-inclusive setup made traveling with kids stress-free. Overall, this is a great family-friendly all-inclusive resort with beautiful grounds, solid food, excellent kids’ activities, and standout entertainment staff. We left with great memories and would happily return.

My family stayed at this resort for a week and we will definitely be going back! Firstly, the food is 10/10 which is very hard to find when going to all inclusives but this one set the bar so high. My favorite restaurant was the Mediterranean one (shoutout to Anjel, amazing waiter and such a kind person) it’s a must try but the buffets are just as delicious. We spent all day at the pool everyday and were greatly entertained by Emilio, Max, Roberto, Ivan, Eliana, Marina, and Dani. I was at Casa 2 and these were the team members I interacted with the most. They were great at aquarobics every afternoon including dance lessons and games all day by the pool. They were incredibly welcoming and took the time to get to know everyone and took great care of us! This team plays a major role in my families decision to revisit sometime! Another factor by the pool is the food access to Seasalt which is pool service and has an amazing menu. The waiters, bartenders, and chefs are great at being quick and efficient while also making sure our experience is top tier. The housekeeping staff is amazing as well. They clean fast and do it very well! There are also staff who come by once in a while to stack the fridge and give snacks and they actually let you choose what you want which is so considerate!
