Riviera Maya Catamarans was top-notch from start to finish. Communication was excellent from my initial inquiry through our final departure. The catamaran was beautiful, and the crew was fun, professional, and very efficient. We booked a private 4-hour tour and wished it could have been longer. I will definitely use them again the next time I’m in Mexico. Highly recommend!

HANDS DOWN THE BEST! I want to start by saying Andrea, the owner, was truly one of the sweetest souls we met all weekend. From the very beginning, the experience felt thoughtful, seamless, and genuinely personal. We booked the 69-ft Soprano for a private sailing trip between Playa Mujeres and Isla Mujeres for our 35 wedding guests. While the boat was oversized for our group, I would book it again in a heartbeat. It was incredibly comfortable and well-equipped, featuring sun beds, plenty of shaded seating, a full bar, two bathrooms, and easy stairs in and out of the water—which was especially appreciated by guests with knee or back issues. We rented the yacht from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, which was the perfect window for our group. Boarding was effortless they met us at the marina just outside the gates of our resort, SLS Playa Mujeres, only a five-minute walk or quick ride away. The crew was outstanding—fun, attentive, and always prioritizing safety. They kept up with drink orders and snacks flawlessly. We pre-ordered several onboard bites, all of which were delicious, fresh, and perfectly portioned: rolled turkey with goat cheese, marinated steak skewers, tomato and pesto bruschetta, melon with Serrano ham, mini meat empanadas, and shrimp skewers. We offered Bloody Marys and mimosas as our specialty cocktails, along with a full bar to accommodate any guest preference. As a surprise, the Riviera Maya team even provided a wedding cake onboard, an unexpected and incredibly thoughtful touch that was absolutely melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Communication was excellent from the moment I booked in early 2025 through the final walk-on to the boat. Every detail was handled with care, and our guests felt relaxed and well taken care of the entire time. This was actually our second time booking with them, the first was in August 2025 for a much smaller group of four on a smaller boat and the same level of attention, service, and care was present then as well. I truly cannot recommend them enough if you’re looking for a private luxury yacht rental in the Cancun area.

the best yacht experience we’ve ever had. The boat was super clean, sooo new, and gorgeous -exactly what you hope for. The crew was amazing. They made every custom drink we asked for (and somehow made them better than we imagined), adjusted everything to our allergies without us even reminding them, and went way above and beyond the whole day. They even took a ton of photos for us so we could actually relax and enjoy the moment. The food? Unreal. Fresh, delicious, and honestly better than most restaurants. And the spot they took us to wasn’t rocky at all—perfect water, perfect vibe, perfect everything. If you’re thinking about booking this yacht, do it. Best day ever.

I cannot recommend this boat and its crew both on and off shore! Highly communicative leading up to our event, flawless in execution and we had the time of our lives! It was my wife 60th birthday and I had a TON of special requests. The accommodated all of my requests gracefully and everyone had the time of our lives! Sophia was the greatest hostess with the mostest and the captain and the crews expertise was clear. Visit a few other boats and you’ll see the difference. From start to finish it was an extraordinary experience we will cherish for a lifetime!
