I just wanted to thank all of you for getting us through the airport so quickly and for your driver. If we hadn't gone through you, we would have been waiting at customs for about 3 hours. And the driver was so nice, despite the fact that the traffic was REALLY bad! It took him an hour and a half to get us out to our Airbnb at Vinhomes. The drive was almost as long as our flight from Kuala Lumpur! So thank you to everyone for all of your hard work and effort! It may seem a little expensive to some people, but especially when flying into HCMC, it is absolutely worth every dollar!

Very poor service, weak communication, and a complete lack of professionalism. I felt misled, and the way the issue was handled fell far below an acceptable standard. Update: They eventually got back to me and offered an additional service after I expressed my frustration several times. Appreciated - but the entire situation could have been avoided from the start.
