A very well organized and maintained airport. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had a 10hour layover so i thought lets go into the city, and the people from immigration to police were all so helpful and even translated for my cab driver that i want a little city trip. Awesome experience!
One of the nicest and i think the largest airport built on man made land. It took us 20min to get to our terminal after we went though security. Best part is they prioritize passengers with infant, small children and elderly aged 65+ first. Very accommodating and organized. Every staff is very professional. Vietnam definitely needs to learn from HK!
