Overall 2.5. Booking and confirmation 5 stars. But the trip from Mae Phim to Bangkok was not a good experience. Cars muffler must be broken so it was a horrible sound for 2 hr and 45 min. Also, no seatbelts on two of the seats so it felt very unsafe.

Great experience with Asia Car Service in Hong Kong on two occasions. Reasonable rates. Great communication after booking. Several emails from them to confirm pickups. The drivers were punctual and kept in constant contact before the pickup. Clean cars. Driver Eva was excellent and even helped my family with finding a specific store in the airport before we left to our hotel. I recommend Asia Car Service for a hassle-free trip.

Travelled from Australia to Japan and saw good reviews of this company which I did not get to experience. - meeting instructions sent by the company were not followed by the driver. The driver was not waiting for me at the arrival hall with name tag as advised. - Driver was trying to arrange a different collection location with limited English which made it difficult to communicate. - I had to chase up where the driver was numerous of times. It was advised by the company that the driver would be waiting, it took an hour for the driver to finally arrive. - Driver seemed to be unaware of parking locations and location of terminal where all information had been provided before hand. Would not recommend given the US$228.00 price.
