Hiro was an amazing guide! I learned so much about Japan and Fushimi Inari on the tour. It was about 10 people and he kept us all entertained and engaged. We went up about 1/3 of the way and made a loop back down. He showed us good photo spots and answered lots of questions. Also, fushimi inari wasn’t so packed! There were still people milling around but I imagine daytime is worse with how touristy Kyoto has become. A night tour was a good option for us thanks to Hiro!

Our night tour of Fushimi-Inari with Vincent and Tammy as our guides was fantastic! Seeing the Torii gates at night was an extra special experience. Vincent and Tammy were great guides. Super knowledgeable and lots of fun to be with. Lots of uphill walking involved, so be prepared for that. Highly recommend this tour and if you can get. Invent or Tammy as your guide - an extra bonus!
