Full Length Shotgun Certification

This shotgun training course is designed for anyone who wants to confidently operate and maintain a shotgun. Participants learn how to safely take apart clean and reassemble their shotgun with hands on guidance from experienced instructors. Those without a shotgun may rent one at the facility. The course includes live fire training using two different shotgun types including pump and semi automatic models from well known manufacturers. Students will fire a total of thirty rounds giving them practical experience and a clear understanding of shotgun performance and handling.

The course focuses on core shooting fundamentals such as stance grip sight alignment breath control trigger squeeze and follow through. It is ideal for beginners and also beneficial for current shotgun owners who want to improve accuracy and confidence. Minors aged twelve and above may participate when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. All students are responsible for their own ammunition and range fees. This course serves as a required foundation before advancing to higher level shotgun training and emphasizes safe responsible and effective firearm use.
