FIRST Steps Pistol Course

This introductory firearm training course is designed to build strong fundamentals in a safe and supportive environment. Classroom instruction covers proper stance correct grip of a semi automatic firearm sight alignment breath control trigger squeeze and follow through. Students also learn safe loading and unloading procedures an introduction to malfunction drills and how to take apart and reassemble a firearm. The program includes one hour of supervised range time to apply these skills in real conditions. A variety of calibers are available to suit different comfort levels helping beginners gain confidence step by step.

Training begins in the classroom and then moves to a selected shooting range based on the firearm discipline chosen. In just three and a half hours students progress from no experience to confident and capable shooters. Instruction focuses on safety accuracy and responsible firearm handling at every stage. Range fees and ammunition are paid separately by students and valid photo identification is required for participation.
