We had a great experience with Wild Wind Safaris in Namibia. The service was quick, friendly, and very accommodating. Communication was easy and everything for our self-drive trip was handled smoothly. A special thank you to Lelani and Marta Smaruj for their warm and professional support. Highly recommend!

The most amazing company! They arranged tours and transfers for me and my 5 year old daughter. They answer quickly and they are reliable. Next time I visit Namibia, I will book my entire trip with them. I highly highly recommend them!!

We booked a 12-day private tour with this agency for our honeymoon, and thanks to our guide, Akser, it was a great choice. Akser, besides explaining so many things to us during the trip, went out of his way to make sure we were happy at all times. And when something went wrong, he resolved it quickly and efficiently. We are very happy to have chosen this agency and very lucky to have had Akser as our guide. We recommend him and will fondly remember him for the spectacular days we spent with him.

Since the very beginning of the organization, this agency was the best one: very quick responses, they adapted the organized tour of 16 days to our needs because we had "only" 14 days. Leilani and Philip made a great job booking all the accommodation and organising the trip. They answered very quickly about all our doubts about the organisation. We chose the mid range lodges with food included. We were expecting the typical sandwich ham and cheese but it was an amazing surprise to know that everyday the meals were in a restaurant, and you could choose whatever you wanted. The lodges were also above our expectations, almost all of them with a swimming pool and comfortable beds. A special mention to our guide, Akser, that made a big effort to make us satisfied and happy. He's a very good driver, and in etosha was capable of seeing animals from very far away. He was also available to stop whenever we needed it. Recommended 100%. The price worth it. If i can give just a suggestion, in etosha, due to the distances, would be better the namotoni lodge instead of halali. Anyway thanks to Akser we saw Lions, Elephants, cheetah and Ryno! Amazing experience!!

From the first email to our last day of our trip everything went exceptionally smoothly, and we had a fantastic time during our trip. Organisation was seamless, and Wild Wind was even kind enough to customise our trip, adding an extra day to it. Our guide, Mr. Farid, was exceptionally knowledgeable about Namibian history, geography, wildlife, and flora, which was key to understanding Namibia. Granted, we did not have a lot of pervious experience with safaris, but I think this is how they should be done: everything we saw we learned a lot about. Highly recommended tour guide! We always felt safe and cared about, with all our requests and needs fulfilled. As we both have food-related problems (Coeliac disease and lactose intolerace) it was especially important on a tour like this not to mess up our diet, and our guide made sure everything was just the way it shoud be. We went for the mid-range accomodation category, and we wasn't disappointed, all 3 lodgings were fine. We'd like to highlight Elegant Desert Lodge in Sossusvlei, which was exceptional. All in all, we had a fantastic trip for our first time in proper Africa, and first safari experience. Thank you!
