The two venues are approximately eight miles apart, meaning participants travel between locations during the day. Burrington Combe is particularly well suited to climbing, with routes offering something for almost everyone, while Split Rock is regarded as an impressive abseiling venue. For participants who prefer a gentler experience, abseiling can instead be arranged at Burrington Combe. Climbing is also available at Split Rock, although the selection is more limited than at Burrington and some routes are less suitable for children. Groups can discuss their requirements with the organizers to select the combination of activities and venues that best matches their experience, confidence and age range.

The full-day session normally begins at 10 a.m., includes a lunch break from 1 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., and finishes at approximately 5 p.m. The price is £75 per person for adults or children, with a minimum charge of £225 for three participants. Sessions are exclusive, ensuring that groups are not combined with other customers, while youth groups are eligible for discounted rates. Groups are generally limited to nine participants, although additional instructors can be provided to accommodate larger groups.
