On August 11, 2025, my family and I went on one of Wild Expeditions combination float and Hummer trips down the San Juan River. Marley Haws took us down the river in kayaks, while Eli Lansing took us on a rousing Hummer ride back to Bluff. Both of these gentlemen were excellent guides. Their knowledge and good humor made the trip very interesting and thoroughly enjoyable. The trip down the San Juan and the ride back to Bluff were the highlight of what we so grandly call our "Great Western Adventure." We had an absolutely incredible experience with Wild Expeditions out of Bluff, Utah! Our family took a UTV tour with Lane as our guide, and it was hands-down the highlight of our trip to Bears Ears. Our boys (ages 7 and 4) were laughing nonstop—at one point my oldest shouted, “This is so much better than Disney World!” Lane was phenomenal—knowledgeable, fun, and full of fascinating stories. As a fifth-generation Blanding resident, he had a deep connection to the land and answered every question we threw his way. We got to see an amazing rock art panel and a beautiful site by the river, all while learning about the history and culture of the area. It was worth every penny and then some. We can’t wait to come back and try more tours with this amazing company. Highly recommend Wild Expeditions to anyone visiting the region! Thanks again!!!! We had an unforgettable family adventure with Wild Expeditions on the Blarney Canyoneering trip! We were fortunate to be guided by Brock and Eli, whose teamwork made the experience truly exceptional. Eli drove us to the canyon and along the way shared fascinating insights about Navajo culture, traditions, and the history of the area, which gave the day so much depth and meaning. In the canyon, Brock took the lead with outstanding professionalism, patience, and kindness, while both he and Eli guided and supported us throughout the adventure. With four boys ages 8–12, we felt safe, encouraged, and constantly cared for. The food was great, everything was well organized, and the entire day was both fun and enriching. Truly one of the highlights of our trip—we couldn’t recommend Wild Expeditions, and especially Brock and Eli, highly enough!
