Poor organizational management, exhausting waits, reckless driving. Even though we were significantly late for boarding, the driver thought it best to stop for a coffee before continuing. Terrible.
- Very bad handling of luggage - Not on time - Drived really slow - Casually took a teak break while everyone inside of the shuttle were anxious to reach the airport on time. - Overall caused lot of anxiety of missing the flight. We reached 15mins before closing of checkin. Had to literally run from the parking to airport. Pro tip : Keep your BP checked before booking this airport transfer.
We had a terrible experience with this company. We spent thirty minutes waiting for two passengers in Ürgüp (that never showed up). At this point we were on the bus for 1 hour and had travelled about 20 minutes from our starting point. After 20 minutes waiting outside their hotel we pleaded with the driver to move on, as we were starting to get dangerously close to missing check in for our flights. He refused to leave, saying we needed to wait. After thirty minutes a group of us again pleaded with him to move on as at this point we still had over an hour to travel, with our check in closing in just over an hour. After much arguing that we would all miss our flights, he finally got back in the van and we left. He drove extremely fast and in a dangerous manner. We arrived in the airport ten minutes before check in closed, having still to do pre check in security and queue at the check in desk. This service was beyond awful and the driver had absolutely no respect for the bus full of passengers.
