I was part of a tour group. They brought us to this “restaurant,” if you can even call it that, without giving us any alternative options (though that’s an issue for the guide and the tour agency). As for the dining hall itself—because I can’t call it anything else—it was awful. Crowds of people packed into a small basement, terrible noise, a mix of different food smells and poor ventilation, staff running around chaotically. The prices were unreasonable, overpriced even for a tourist spot, and on top of that, you can’t order individual items from the menu — you either take the whole set menu or go hungry. The staff didn’t even try to solve the issue or spend a couple of minutes talking to us. As a result, thanks to this place, I and several others ended up hungry. Service: 0 Atmosphere: 0 Customer orientation: deeply negative I don’t recommend it to anyone.
Stay away from this place. Owner is greedy beyond reason: beef option, there are only like 3 very small pieces of actual beef. The rest eggplant. Out of the whole table of 15 ppl, everyone got the same. Whoever complained, got extra 2 small pieces. It is probably the worst experience I ever had in my life and I have been to many good and not so places. Stay away by all means. Do NOT go here.
AVOID IT AT ANY COSTS! I recently had dinner here with a group of 16 people, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. The food was not just cold—it was actually frozen in parts. It didn’t look fresh at all, and we left concerned that we might end up with food poisoning. The service was poor from start to finish, with little attention to our group’s needs. On top of that, the music was so loud that we couldn’t hold a proper conversation. Nothing about the atmosphere or the food felt authentic, and the entire evening was deeply disappointing. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for a quality meal and pleasant dining experience.
