We will pick you up in the morning from your accommodation and travel to a family run husky farm near Rovaniemi. Upon arrival, the owner and her assistants will guide us on a two kilometer walk through the forest alongside some of their huskies. During the walk, you will enjoy the peaceful winter landscapes while learning about the daily life of these amazing Arctic dogs, their training, and how they return to sledding after summer breaks in the south.
Along the way, a fire will be prepared where we can enjoy hot drinks such as coffee, tea, or hot chocolate while the dogs have their snack. After the walk, you will have the opportunity to meet the rest of the huskies at the farm and spend time playing with them. At the end of the visit, we will return you comfortably to your accommodation.
