We had some of the most amazing times honestly I was just so blown away by the care and the amount of work and effort money that goes into looking after these beautiful animals. Obviously I enjoyed the experience but I was just more impressed with the fact that they look after them they don't abuse and they don't force them to do anything I don't want to do and in our case one of the husky dogs didn't want to run and it refused to so they simply came along on hook tip and to another one and off we went. I really enjoyed learning about the history of them I just thought the whole thing was absolutely amazing definitely a once in a lifetime experience and if you want to ride huskies well you know this is the place to come.. I wasn't able to do very much in the way of filming because I had to control the stud at the back and my mother was absolutely freezing because she didn't think it's important but gloves on when it was minus 25 degrees Celsius outside but I just promise you honestly you're gonna have a great time you won't be disappointed. I can't recommend the reindeers that's just boring but I can definitely recommend the huskies.
I am writing the review out of a very upset situation. They don't offer a professional service here. They asked me to wait at the front of the hotel but it's freezing minus 11 degrees here. So I waited inside. They don't catch my call, only the receptionist can do it which is suspicious for a public service. And when the receptionist called, they put up with the reason that they coulld not find me meanwhile I had been waiting for almost an hour! They charged me 200€ for an adult and 1 year old baby spot then left us up to our device at the hotel. There is no way to call or contact them. Even the receptionist tried to call the ticket seller but she was out of reach. They put on a simple explanation that they went to look for me at the hotel when the bus came. If that's the case, they should have taken the customer contact while selling tickets and make sure things run well, however it's not managed like that. They don't have my contact and neither I can call them. This is an outrageous case to me that never happened before. Now there's no way I can contact them to rearrange for the trip or ask for a reimbursement. I work in tourism for many years but see how money grinding system without caring is at peak with this such an ugly treatment.
Truly a wonderful experience. There two person to the sledge, one standing and one sitting. I just sat and enjoy the ride and view. It's a beautiful landscape of all white, look so serene. The siberian huskies are so playful and stop along the way to poo and urinate or roll on the sound. We took the ride after daylight but the huskies knew their way. The guide also provides some information about the dogs and how they were trained. Warmed drinks and ginger bread were served while we waited for our turns.
