We will pick you up from your accommodation and travel to a traditional reindeer farm that has been run by the same family for almost four hundred years. This peaceful farm offers an authentic glimpse into Lapland life and long standing reindeer herding traditions. Upon arrival, the owners will welcome us and guide us around the farm while introducing the history and daily life of these Arctic animals.
You will enjoy a gentle four hundred meter reindeer drawn sleigh ride through the surrounding area before gathering by the fire. While warming up with hot drinks and snacks, the farmers will explain how reindeer are cared for throughout the year. Before leaving, you will have the chance to feed some of the reindeer and take photos with the friendliest animals on the farm. After the visit, we will return you comfortably to your accommodation.
