The activity concludes with breakfast or an aperitif at Osteria Fallavecchia, offering a social and relaxing end to the morning.

The birdwatching tour is suitable for most fitness levels, taking place on dirt country roads over a distance of approximately six kilometers. Participants are encouraged to bring binoculars and a camera to enhance the experience, though these are optional. Any medical conditions or accessibility needs should be communicated before booking. The excursion requires a minimum of eight participants to proceed, and dogs are not permitted. Emphasis is placed on quiet observation to respect both wildlife and the local residents in Borgo di Fallavecchia.
