Farma Jola was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home thanks to Grandma Jola, the heart and founder of the farm. She radiates warmth and hospitality, making us feel like family rather than visitors. Our tour was led by Michael, the mastermind behind the operation, who gave us an excellent walk-through of the olive oil making process. His knowledge, passion, and clear explanations made it easy to appreciate just how much care goes into every single drop of their oil. It’s truly refreshing to see a small operation that still puts quality, authenticity, and integrity first. You can feel the tradition and love behind their work, and it shows in the final product. And of course—the olive oil itself speaks volumes. Rich, balanced, and full of character, I can’t wait to enjoy it with my favorite dishes like hummus, fresh tabbouleh salad, and so much more. We visited the farm this morning , it was very interesting to learn about the process of the olive oil, and how the machines work and how a small scale family run olive oil manufacturer work. The quailty of the oil is amazing, and the owners are very welcoming and lovely. We also brought some oils to bring home :) Thank you for the amazing and detailed tour and the time to show us the farm!
