Definitely not 4 star. Rooms tiny but clean. Windows did not open. Terrible decor especially black rooms with red decor. Dining room was extremely good service and breakfast was great!

Lovely hotel. Really friendly and helpful staff. Yummy food in the restaurant and super friendly staff there - they made the trip extra special. Lovely spa - spent a nice relaxing afternoon in there. Definitely recommend Hotel Columbia.

It is an unfriendly hotel for families with babies or for people with disabilities. The elevator was only one for all the guest of the hotel and breakfast on the fifth floor as a result, we had to wait for a lot of minutes until it comes and most of the time it was crowded! The most annoying part was that the staff didn’t help when they saw you with luggage, even though I was holding a baby and a stroller on hand! The receptionist was always on a bad mood with no obvious reason! To sum up, I do not recommend that at all as the hygiene was terrible to bathrooms and floors, with dust all over the place and cockroaches on stairs next to where we ate breakfast.
