A fantastic day out, exploring the amazing produce of the Emilia-Romagna region, with lots of amazing food, drink and produce to try. From beautiful Parmigiano Reggiano, to an amazing Saba and different ages of Balsamic vinegars and the most amazing, buttery prosciutto. Roberta and Federico took great care of us, they were so knowledgeable and any questions wasn't too much, and the entire team made lunchtime a fun atmosphere to get to know other people on the tour. Absolutely would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Crazy tour. We saw how Parmesan Reggiano was made, a long family tradition of making the most amazing balsamic vinegar, the Caledonia family and the factory that makes prosciutto factory. Nicole was our chef at the end of the night and served the most wonderful flavorful food We sang and danced and ate more food than you could imagine. Alessandro was amazing and more than just fun, he made us his family. His passion for all things food especially Italian was evident. Our driver Dianfranco was a so calm and cool and even danced with us at the restaurant. Family and friends joined us for the dinner and it is exactly what you think of when dining in Italy. It was a delight. I have been on many tours but this one more than met our expectations. Do it, you will not regret it.

Fantastic day! The staff are all lovely (and lively!) people. Special shout out to the darling Federico who was our incredible guide - he’s a natural and clearly knows everyone at the different facilities. And to Roberta, our very fun and enthusiastic driver. She kept the party atmosphere alive! The production tours are thorough and very informative and interesting. And the breakfast and especially the lunch are delicious, filling and fun! We met many of the folks on our tour, shared stories and bites of food, and ended up with a big sing-a-long over many glasses of wine 🍷 in the afternoon. Get out of your comfort zone, learn something about the local foods and culture and leave with a full heart and belly!
