Honestly, incredible service with both Lucie and especially Priscila with Playa Del Carmen. We decided to use their services to help create a destination wedding room block for our guests. The process was very straightforward and, while I had no concern about hitting the minimum amount of rooms, they only required us to book 10 rooms to avoid any penalties. Priscila was very good at sending out communication to our guests and was incredibly prompt with me when I would send her a question or update. She was even more helpful when we all arrived in Mexico - confirming and booking return shuttles to the airport and arranging excursions for some of our guests. Two things I have to mention to explain how helpful and amazing this crew is - I had a bridesmaid pull out right before one of our cut-off dates, and Priscila was happy to work with us in changing the names on rooms so we could still use the reservation without having to charge my bridesmaid the fee for canceling. She made it incredibly simple to change over, and I am so thankful! Second, my brother-in-law decided to come to the wedding last minute. Like, two days before we were leaving, last minute. Priscila really came through for us there! She was ready to make it happen, and even though the resort was booked up, she managed to put him in a room with another guest (with their permission) and was happy to schedule him transportation as well. Truly, I have no complaints. They made our wedding booking process very easy, managed communication with our guests, and handled our last-minute chaos. I would 100% recommend them!

We started planning our wedding before COVID and ended up having to reschedule it twice. Ruby and Alison with playadelcarmen.com were on it and very responsive every step of the way. They were able to get us a great rate for the hotel rooms for our guests and worked with the hotel to provide us with a very nice upgrade. All of our guests raved about how helpful Ruby was and were very pleased with her service. Had one of the best times I've had in a very long time. Playa wasn't packed with people in town or on the beach (I assume due to COVID). They seem to take the virus much more seriously than any place I've been in the US.
