This park is absolutely incredible. Even moving from one attraction to another feels magical — you’re basically traveling through underground caves the whole time. The ziplines are the most fun: seven different lines, thrilling but not too extreme, so most people can handle them. The ATV vehicles are also a must-do, and the underground river swim and exploration are amazing as well. It’s definitely one of the best theme parks in the world.
This park was awesome! We spent a whole day at xplore Park and still do not have enough time to do all the different activities. We started the day at 9:00 (drove a rental car here from Cancun and there was enough parking). Check-In was easy cuz we got there before the buses so the lines weren't too long. I strongly recommend looking online a week before so you can have a discount and also purchase the photo package add-on. Who did the ziplines first, but honestly the lines lines for the zip line circuit never got that long throughout the whole day. Longest wait was for the giant slide, but that was only about 30 minutes, I decided to do it twice during our day. The way the park is set up, it is fairly easy to leave things in the locker and each time you finish a circuit you can access anything you need. I found the different activities in the cenotes very fun, but next time I think I will split it up and do the giant slide or the zip lines in between the difference cenote activities because it got to be a bit much to be in the cenotes for several hours. The buffet lunch was very good and there was lots for me and the kids so all of us had something to pick from. That's not gourmet but for buffet food it was delicious. My biggest recommendations is make sure you have good water shoes that have a closed toe and good sole, there is a lot of walking, half on cement paths and stairs for zip lines and half on very rocky uneven underwater in the cenote. I also recommend having your hair done in a way so you can wear your helmet all day, it was mandatory. Find rash guard was also very good so we didn't get chilled and didn't get sunburned.
Had a great time. Spent the whole day there, 9am - 5pm. Bought the photo and drone package and got great pictures, the one included, to document our visit. Zip lines and Water Tube ride had 30 min wait times throughout the day, a Thursday. Other than those rides, we didn't wait at any other place in line. Buffet was way better than expected, with numerous offerings from tacos to pizza/hamburgers to desserts. We visited the buffet right after showing up and before we left. Have watershoes before hand. Don't worry about your phone, just have fun....
My friends and I booked in advance to take advantage of the discount. We were lucky that it was rainy, so we didn't get sunburn or need sunscreen, but we didn't get to do all the activities as they were full (amphibious vehicles and river rafting). Some lines were longer than others, but we still had a good time. The food at the restaurant was terrific, and you could eat as much as you wanted. The staff at the park were friendly & amazing. The only suggestion I have is that the helmet needs to be cleaned as they smelled sweaty, some more than others. If you're going, wear a bonnet or a swim cap. Prices are expensive, so consider purchasing a waterproof phone pouch before your visit. It may not be necessary, as you should not have anything on you for most activities (park rules). However, I would advise that you take the photo package; it's worth it.
We had a great time. All the activities are great. The food was great we got there super early so the entering process was very quick. Recomended doing the most popular activities first or while everyone is at lunch. The only thing was we bought the picture package but we did not receive all our pictures. We got sent pictures of people we did not go with, so we are try to see if we can receive the pictures that we bought but we're not sent. Apart from that can't wait to go back but at night ☺️👍🏽
