During each session, knowledgeable educators guide participants through engaging discussions about animal adaptations, behaviors, and care. Guests also have the opportunity to observe enrichment activities, providing insight into how animals interact with their environment and respond to stimulation in a controlled setting.
The program is structured to encourage learning and memorable experiences, including opportunities for guests to take photographs with the ambassador animals. Stingray Reef entry is included, allowing participants to further explore the aquarium exhibits before or after their scheduled session.
To ensure safety and animal welfare, group sizes are kept small, and all participants under eighteen must be accompanied by a paying adult. Interaction is limited to observation and photography, with sessions available on select weekdays and weekends.
