These programs are designed to make educational exploration more accessible while including entry to popular attractions such as Stingray Reef and other key exhibits.
During themed observances like Endangered Species Day, visitors can participate in conservation-focused activities including Keeper Chats, interactive scavenger hunts, and hands-on learning at the Conservation Station. These experiences are designed to raise awareness about wildlife protection while engaging guests in an interactive and family-friendly environment.
Animal Meet & Greet sessions provide guests with close-up encounters with ambassador reptiles and invertebrates, offering opportunities for photography and learning about animal adaptations. Meanwhile, guided Aquarium Exhibit Tours take participants through both upstairs and downstairs areas, featuring highlights such as the dining tank, Tower tank, J tank, Stingray Reef, and a collection of over one hundred fish species.
To ensure safety and quality, programs are limited in capacity and require advance online booking, with all guests under eighteen needing adult supervision. Participants are asked to arrive early for check-in at the Party Zone entrance, as touching animals is not permitted and outside food and beverages are not allowed. The aquarium notes that programs may be adjusted or canceled due to animal health or safety concerns, with rescheduling efforts made whenever possible.
