World Oceans Day Celebration

Enhance your visit to the Kemah Aquarium during special events by upgrading your experience with Animal Meet & Greets or Aquarium Exhibit Tours. These programs offer guests the opportunity to encounter ambassador reptiles and invertebrates up close, learn about their unique adaptations, and capture memorable photos. During World Oceans Day, visitors can celebrate the importance of our oceans while participating in Keeper Chats, interactive scavenger hunts, and a Conservation Station. The Aquarium provides a fun, educational, and engaging environment where guests of all ages can explore rainforest and aquatic habitats and discover fascinating facts about the species that call the Aquarium home. Aquarium Exhibit Tours guide visitors through both upstairs and downstairs exhibits, including the featured Dining tank, Tower tank, J tank, and Stingray Reef, highlighting over one hundred species of fish and invertebrates. Programs are limited in capacity to ensure a safe, personal experience, and all participants under eighteen must be accompanied by a paid adult. Guests are encouraged to book online in advance and arrive early for check-in at the Party Zone entrance. Outside food and beverages are not permitted, and the Aquarium is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Programs may be canceled for animal health or safety concerns, with efforts made to reschedule.
