Cincinnati Brewing & Distilling Tasting Tour

This unique tour begins at Northern Row Brewery and Distillery, where guests get an up-close look at the distilling process and enjoy a spirit tasting. Next, the tour travels to the historic Jackson Brewery, exploring the underground lagering cellars where beer was fermented and cold stored dating back to the 1850s. Guests will experience the hidden passages and learn about the history of brewing in Cincinnati. The tour then continues to Rhinegeist Brewery, located inside a pre-Prohibition building. Here, visitors get a behind-the-scenes look at both the modern operations and historic sections of the facility, including a flight of their beverages. Stairs are required for part of the Rhinegeist visit, adding to the immersive experience. This combination of historic and modern brewing, along with underground cellar exploration, makes this tour truly one of a kind.

The tour lasts about two and a half hours and is mostly indoors, with only a short walk of about one block between locations. The underground cellar is accessible without stairs, ensuring an easy entry and exit. Included in the tour are three spirit samples at Northern Row and a flight of beers at Rhinegeist, with an option to enjoy a pint instead. Guests are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance, as tours may close if not filled 24 hours prior to the start.
