Booking your reservation online allows us to improve your overall check-in and check-out experience by gathering all necessary information ahead of time. During the booking process, we ask for your contact information, a brief description of your bike, and the specific issues you are experiencing. Providing your credit card information at the time of booking helps secure your reservation. Payment is collected upfront, and in the event you need to cancel, the payment will be fully refunded. This system allows us to prepare for your service efficiently and ensures that we have the right tools, parts, and time allocated to handle your bike’s repair needs properly.

On the scheduled Community Service Day, please bring your bike to our central repair location at the agreed time. Everyone in the community begins check-in at the same time, but our team is able to process all bikes quickly to minimize waiting. Upon arrival, our mechanics will review the information provided during booking and assess your bike alongside you to ensure an accurate understanding of the repairs needed. Once you approve the scope of work and cost, your credit card charges will be adjusted to reflect any differences from the initial booking estimate. After completing the repairs, the mechanics will contact you to let you know your bike is ready for pick-up. We pride ourselves on providing same-day service whenever possible, and we encourage you to call us with any questions or clarifications before or during the service to make your experience smooth and worry-free.
