We will ask for your contact information, a brief description of your bike, the issues it is experiencing, and credit card details at the time of booking. Payment is collected when you book, and if you need to cancel, we will issue a full refund. On your scheduled community service day, please bring your bike to our central repair location. While all participants share the same start time, we are able to handle check-ins efficiently so that every bike is assessed promptly.

Once you arrive, our mechanics will review the booking information and inspect your bike together with you. Any adjustments to the agreed-upon repairs or costs will be communicated, and your credit card will be updated accordingly. After the work is complete, the mechanics will contact you when your bike is ready for pick-up, ensuring same-day service.
