Payment is collected during booking to secure the reservation and is fully refundable if cancelled.

Submitting repair information ahead of time allows the service team to prepare the necessary tools, parts, and resources before the scheduled repair day. On the scheduled service day, customers simply drop off their bicycle by 10:00 AM or earlier at the designated Bike Medic rack within their community. A hang tag is completed at drop-off so the repair team can easily identify each bicycle before beginning the required work.

The Bike Medics complete the repairs and return the bicycle to the rack before 5:00 PM whenever possible. Customers receive a phone call or text notification when their bike is ready, and if additional repairs are required, the team contacts the owner for approval before any extra work or charges are made, ensuring complete transparency throughout the process.
