We have limited availability, so reserving your spot online is the best way to ensure your bike receives timely service. During the booking process, we request your contact information, a brief description of your bike, and details about any repair issues you are experiencing. Payment is collected at the time of booking to secure your reservation, and if you need to cancel, the payment will be fully refunded. Providing this information in advance allows our team to prepare efficiently and ensures that each bike receives professional attention without delays. This system also helps us maintain a smooth workflow so all customers can benefit from organized and reliable service.

To provide consistent monthly service, we offer a drop-off–based service at your community. Once you have booked online according to your repair needs, drop your bike off by 10:00 AM or earlier at the designated Bike Medic bike rack for your community. At the rack, you will receive a hang tag to fill out so that our team can identify your bike. The Bike Medics will then arrive, perform the repairs, and return your bike to the rack prior to 5:00 PM. You will also receive a call or text notification once your bike is ready. If any additional issues are discovered during the repair, the Medics will contact you to discuss options and any potential price changes, and no work will be done without your explicit approval. This process ensures convenience, transparency, and quality service for every bike.
